Lovejoy, Inc. New Hires Expand Corporate Lineup
Michael Hennessy, CEO of Lovejoy, Inc., the country’s premier, established manufacturer and designer of flexible, industrial couplings, announces three new hires for the company. All of the new hires reflect the company’s policy of filling newly created or open positions with seasoned professionals who can bring instant value to help support Lovejoy product lines and to provide effective, knowledgeable service to Lovejoy customers.
Kraig Moon. Kraig Moon took over a newly created position as the Product-Sales Manager for Lovejoy Sintered Solutions, effective in April of 2006. Lovejoy Sintered Solutions has two 100% hydraulic presses, 500-ton and 1,000-ton, for powder metal or sintered part production. His goal for Lovejoy is to grow sales from the Sintered Division to the OEM market. Previously Moon worked for Burgess-Norton Manufacturing in Geneva in a similar capacity within the powder metal industry. Moon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master of science in marketing from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. Moon lives in Batavia with his family.
Terrrance Driscoll. Terrence Driscoll also started with Lovejoy, Inc., in April, 2006 as Product Manager for gear and disc couplings. Driscoll brings more than 20 years of experience to his position with Lovejoy, primarily within the rubber and automotive industries, providing him with a background that frequently utilized Lovejoy couplings in project applications. Driscoll has a bachelor of the arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. The disc and gear coupling lines are growth product lines for Lovejoy, Inc., primarily within the OEM markets. Driscoll lives in Elk Grove Village.
Keith Thomaser. Keith Thomaser, newly appointed technical sales representative for Lovejoy, Inc., services a 4,000-square-mile territory in Western Canada. Thomaser’s primary charge is to promote and lend customer application advice for Lovejoy’s standard line of couplings. Thomaser is a seasoned industry veteran with more than thirty years worth of experience, combining 23 years in distribution and seven years as a manufacturer’s representative during his career to date. Thomaser earned a business administration and marketing degrees from the Southern Alberta School of Technology. He lives in the Edmonton area with his family.
